Absolutely! Alli Connect is 100% confidential and HIPAA compliant. Your department gets no information other than numbers associated with usage. Your privacy is our highest priority!
Once you connect with a therapist using Alli Connect, your patient relationship is no different than if you went out and found a therapist independently.
Yes, you can! Many of our therapists are in-network with multiple insurances. You can tell us if insurance coverage is very important to you in your search, and we will match you with a therapist who takes your insurance.
No. Our therapist community are all independent practitioners and each manages their own billing. If you prefer, you can pay cash or use HSA funds to avoid using insurance.
In-Network means that the therapist has a contract agreement with the insurance company. Patients seeing an in-network therapist are responsible only for anything not covered by your plan at the time of service (i.e. copays, deductibles, and coinsurance).
Out-of-Network means that the provider does not have a contract agreement with that insurance company. Patients seeing an out-of-network provider are responsible for the whole cost of care at the time of service, and may be eligible to receive reimbursement from their insurance company.
Many therapists are happy to submit claims on your behalf even when they are out-of-network. We encourage you to check your benefits as your coverage may be the same regardless of if the therapist is in or out of network.
